Damages and issues

READY TO SHIP WIGS - Same day processing and shipping when order is placed before 3pm est. Orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. Packages are shipped using USPS priority mail 2-5 day shipping (US Orders).

Pre-order Wigs- Can take up to 7 days to process. During this time I am receiving the hair from my vendor and customizing . The wig is then shipped using USPS priority mail 2-3 day shipping (US Orders).

YOU PROVIDE THE HAIR WIGS  - For local orders wigs will be completed in 2 days. Out of town wig orders take up to 3-5 days to complete and will be shipped using USPS priority mail 2-3 day
